* Come with cleats. The mesh material breaths well and the laces are nice.
* The women's version is narrow enough. It doesn't cut into your ankles and there are enough space to wiggle your toes.
* After a few hours of riding, I feel the cleat slightly. To fix the issue, you can put four small pieces of electrical tape over it for extra padding.
